How Mana Bedrijfswagens chose its own path with ISO2HANDLE's management system

MANA Bedrijfswagens is located in Breda, Den Bosch, Goes, Roosendaal and Tilburg and has approximately 85 employees. The company is a dealer of MAN Commercial Vehicles, sells and supplies new and young used trucks and company cars. In addition, MANA Bedrijfswagens is a Volkswagen Service Partner. The company has been owned by Fred van der Heijden since January 2020 and is more ready than ever for the future.

During a short conversation, Jasmijn from HR at MANA Bedrijfswagens told us more about the order and structure that MANA Bedrijfswagens has achieved so far with a new management system set up by MANA Bedrijfswagens with the help of ISO2 HANDLE software.

What did MANA Commercial Vehicles run into?

No overview of all documents, Findability of documents, No insight into (current) tasks, Duplicate registrations, A system that does not work for the organization. MANA Bedrijfswagens indicated that their organization needed more order and structure within all documentation. Shortly after the takeover, MANA Bedrijfswagens had to be re-certified for ISO 9001. This made it clear that there was still a lot of work to be done in preparing for the audit, says Jasmijn from HR. This was quite time-consuming and definitely a point to address in the future. They wanted to professionalize the business management system. MANA Bedrijfswagens consulted an external advisor to make this professionalization move; they received a number of tips on how to tackle this.
