You get all the tools and resources you need to implement ISO2HANDLE as you see fit, while still having access to our support when you need it.

Option 2 - Complete Care:
If you're busy or you'd prefer us to take the lead, this option is ideal. We take over the entire implementation for you, so you can focus on your core activities. Our team ensures a smooth and efficient implementation of ISO2HANDLE in your organization.

Is there a separate mobile app?

ISO2HANDLE provides access via a dedicated web app for mobile devices, a streamlined alternative to traditional app store apps. The big advantage of this is direct synchronization: when you add a new form or field, it becomes immediately available in the ISO2HANDLE mobile web app. This way, you'll always stay up to date, no matter where you are.

Can I use my own corporate identity?

At ISO2HANDLE, we understand the importance of brand identity. That's why we offer the option to integrate your own logo and backgrounds into the application, including a customizable login page that seamlessly matches your organization style. Furthermore, ISO2HANDLE is available as a white label platform, which means that you can personalize the entire Management System with your own corporate identity and naming. This includes everything: from handbooks, dashboards, templates, to visuals, including emails and notifications.

Full users
: Full users, on the other hand, have extensive access rights. They can view and manage not only their own documentation, forms, and tasks, but also those of other users. This makes the full user role suitable for administrators and managers who need to maintain an overview of the activities of the entire team or organization.

Can I add users at any time?

You can add new users to your account at any time. This is useful when your team grows or if you want to give new employees access to the software. Just make sure that the total number of users remains within the limit of your subscription.

Similarly, you can remove users when their access is no longer required. This helps you keep your user list up to date and manageable.

If you find that you need more users than your current plan allows, you can upgrade your subscription at any time.

Can auditors get access?

Yes, the customer can create a so-called auditor account himself and decide from when to when the auditor has access to which part of the platform. The auditor can thus review the necessary information in advance and ask questions about it so that they can prepare efficiently and properly for the audit.
