What did that choice result in?
The first meters have been completed and a solid basic setup of the system has been set up. After thorough process optimization, all new processes have been made transparent to everyone in the organization via the software.
Asset management is expected to be professionalized via the ISO2HANDLE platform in the coming months. Both the issue and collection as well as maintenance, repair and inspection are then managed via the software. This saves an enormous amount of manual work and no more things are overlooked.
Through a link with the existing ERP system, a risk analysis will soon be done automatically per phase of a newly acquired project. In addition, for each identified risk, specific employees are urged by the system to take and register their control measures. This is how a super effective risk management module has been set up. Risks are identified as soon as they arise and are immediately placed in the right place in the organization for mitigation, with the handling also being monitored automatically.
How easy was it to set up the ISO2HANDLE?
“Because the system has endless possibilities, the learning curve can be called style, especially in the beginning. Fortunately, good help from ISO2HANDLE is always close by. The first steps have now been taken and we are going to expand by setting up various APIs to extract information from other applications.”, says Richard.
The coming period is reserved for prioritizing processes and involving and training ICT people so that they get a better insight into the functionality and possibilities of ISO2HANDLE.
All in all, it is a 'work in progress' and Lomans is well on the way.
