What was the challenge?
Due to its rapid growth, Treetek faced a familiar problem. There were more processes, but the way they were recorded remained manual in programs such as Word and Excel.

“We wanted to get rid of that paper tiger,” says Teun, KAM coordinator at Treetek. Not only to comply with laws and regulations, but especially to maintain control over what happened in the workplace.

The goal was to have one quality management system that could grow with the company and its associated processes.

“To be honest, I didn't have many expectations at the start,” says Teun. “But I quickly saw how intuitive the system works. The freedom and flexibility immediately appealed to me. You can really make everything you need with it.”

The deciding factor was the combination of user-friendliness and control.
“What I didn't expect was how supportive the platform is. Not coercive, but rather guiding. It helps colleagues to take on tasks proactively instead of acting reactively. That makes a world of difference.”

One of the first modules that Treetek implemented was the module for personal protective equipment (PPE) such as helmets, shoes, and jackets.
What did that choice result in?
Treetek has been working with ISO2HANDLE for a long time, and that has brought about a significant change within Treetek.

“Instead of getting notifications via my email and having to figure out who should do what, the platform now takes care of that itself,” explains Teun.
‍
“Where several links were previously required between employees and managers or office and health service, everything is now done with one click. In other words, what used to take ten steps is now one click on the button. That saves an enormous amount of time and prevents errors.”

Digitization also provides a better overview and faster follow-up of actions. This proved indispensable for major projects, such as the truck charging stations that Treetek built across Europe.

“We were now able to keep track of exactly where complaints came from and properly define warranty structures. That provides trust, both internally and among customers.”
How easy was it to implement?
The implementation by ISO2HANDLE went smoothly. “You see what you need and can adjust it immediately. I haven't come across a limit yet where I thought: 'that's not possible. '”

Treetek set up the platform entirely according to its own needs, from forms and dashboards to workflows and notifications. “We were able to make the process exactly match our way of working. That's the beauty of ISO2HANDLE: the system adapts to us, not the other way around.”
What's next?
“ISO2HANDLE provides the structure and guidance to continue to grow as an organization, without ending up in rigidity.” The expectation for the future is clear: more integration, more automation and a lasting partnership.

“There is much more to it. I certainly see a long-term partnership with ISO2HANDLE. The platform grows with us, and that's exactly what we need.”
