The usefulness of notifications
An inspired and experienced quality or risk professional can really come up with some improvements himself, but the best source of information and inspiration is still their own organization. Collecting reports isn't difficult, but processing them effectively is another story. Without a management system, you quickly drown in the work that comes with it. You've undoubtedly already found a way to make your work as a QHSE/KAM manager digital. In practice, we see a lot of string constructions with Teams locations, G: drives, Excel, Sharepoint and Power BI. Such a piece of string construction seems to work, but the opposite is true. Your notification overview shows you exactly which reports have been picked up and completed and which are left behind. You can zoom in to each report to see what it's about and who the therapist is. If you find it necessary, you can manually intervene where there is no movement. From now on, you will only focus on everything that threatens to go out of line. This saves you a lot of work and ensures that you really empower as a QHSE/KAM manager.
