What are you going to do?
As a sparring partner for our customers, you are proactive, strong in communication and driven to make an impact. You guide organizations in the successful implementation of ISO2HANDLE as a management system. In addition, you train key users in the use of the platform, ensure that the layout optimally meets the customer's wishes and processes, and you stimulate effective use by end users.
In your role, you advise customers on setting up, implementing and optimizing management systems. You have in-depth knowledge of operational business processes, know the ISO2Handle platform inside and out, and know how to manage projects in a structured and result-oriented way. In doing so, you form a bridge between the customer and the development team.
You build sustainable customer relationships and actively contribute to a high level of customer satisfaction. This strengthens ISO2HANDLE's position as a reliable and professional partner for continuous improvement.
A working day at ISO2HANDLE? Here's what it might look like:
- You start the day with an online kick-off with a new customer. Together, you define the project scope and guide a successful implementation.
- Later in the morning, you will provide online training for key users. With the help of our interactive and digitized author training, you will teach them how to work efficiently with the platform.
- In the afternoon, you will answer a variety of questions from key users and partners. You switch quickly, think along with you in finding solutions and ensure that everyone can get to work with confidence.
- You test and reproduce a number of incoming tickets.
- And at the end of the day, you'll stop by the product manager to share suggestions for improvement and discuss the possibilities.
What do we ask of you?
- At least 2 years of experience as an implementation specialist or an equivalent position.
- HBO work and thinking level with a business background.
- Knowledge and insight into operational business processes.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong in connection and relationship management.
- Affinity with QHSE & KAM is an advantage.
Working conditions
- Base salary between €3500 - €4500.
