We are a young, energetic and informal team of 14 people. With our platform, we help consultancy companies (our partners) digitize management systems such as ISO, VCA, AVG and NEN. This enables their customers to work more efficiently, faster and more cost-effectively.

The function

As a backend developer, you convert customer/partner wishes into code. This results in a stable and secure API. Our front-end, as well as applications from our partners and end customers, communicate with this. As a result, there is a lot of responsibility in properly setting up and maintaining the API on the part of the team.

The API is written entirely in Go. In addition, we use Mongo databases, Keycloak and (of course) have everything running on redundant infrastructure.

A few examples of these projects include switching to a new infrastructure and converting our security protocol.

You like to challenge yourself, to enrich yourself in terms of information. Sparring is no stranger to you and you are happy to share your knowledge to become stronger together with our rapidly growing team.

You get a lot of freedom to work with us to determine the course of the application and expand our technical team in the coming years.

Quality comes first. Code reviewing is an important aspect of our development process and we work using the scrum method.

We ask

• At least 3 years of work experience as a backend developer or related position
• Experience with Go is an advantage
• For you, programming is not a job but a hobby
• Knowledge of React is an advantage
• Experience with GIT is a must
• You have knowledge of REST and know how it should work
• You have an HBO level of work and thinking
• Sharing and gathering knowledge is in your DNA
• You are independent but also enjoy working in a team
• Quality comes first
• Taking responsibility isn't new to you
• A proactive attitude and a go-getter mentality

Personal features

We are looking for an open, social team player. You have at least a higher professional education level of work and thinking. Proactively help you improve the system. You like to think from the point of view of the partner and end user.

You love challenges and tackle them with both hands. You have a good dose of perseverance and ambition, but you don't lack humor either. In addition, you have a no-nonsense attitude, are practical and know how to make sharp analyses at the same time.

And finally, you master the Dutch and English languages.
