From Enterprise, it is now possible to use the new Word editor. You can activate this in the settings page in the templates tab. Once you've done this, editing the step text looks different. When you hover over it, you will see the following:

This editor works much better with Word, so copying and pasting from Word is much better here. When you're done editing your text, you can close the popup at the bottom. Once you do this, the version will be retrieved again and the HTML version of your text will be displayed.

The forms editor has been completely rebuilt and is now in line with our UX and UI standards. By default, you're still using the old editors, but a notification in this editor gives you the choice to use the new editors.

You can also always switch back to the old editors via the settings page under the organization tab.

The new editor basically works the same but follows the new UX and UI lines and is full of subtle improvements that let you create forms faster. For example, the new forms editor has:

• Drag & drop to move fields
• More field types so you don't have to set up manually
• Fields sets so you can quickly add things like:
  • Add formulas
  • Name and address details
  • SWOT color listeners
  • Etc

• No need to save and refresh after adding references
• Issues in the configuration of a form are now explained and you are easily directed to the right place to resolve the issue.
• The “Internal trigger” has been renamed a “Data transfer”. The functionality is the same, but instead of 12 clicks, you can now make a data transfer with literally one movement.
• When you change field properties, you can now immediately see in green which properties differ from the standard and have therefore been adjusted. So if a field doesn't do what you want, figuring out why is now a lot easier.
  

And so much more. The new editors are currently still BETA editors, so it will be a while before they permanently replace the old editors.

The new template editor, like the forms editor, has been updated to our new UX and UI standards. This editor can also be activated via the old editor and can also be deactivated via the settings page.

The new template editor has a step tree on the left instead of the right and also allows you to fold the linked steps on the right for more space.

The template settings are neatly hidden behind a settings button and bulk edit has been added so that multiple steps can be edited at the same time.

It is now possible to easily connect ISO2HANDLE to around 1,200 other systems using Worksato. Workato is a connecting platform where you can connect plug-and-play systems to each other. Without the need for expensive developers.

The next step is that we will also make a connection with Zapier.

• Title fields can now also include HTML. This has made it possible to use bold, underline, color and other formatting texts in your form.
• When a form is deactivated, the first 4 tabs are now hidden.
• If a form is custom, you can now see it immediately by the “Custom” label behind the title.
• Color selectors can now also be empty and therefore have no color. This makes it easy to see that no color has been set.
• The registration history did not yet include the initial setup. This has now been added.
• All types of input fields now also have an unambiguous hover and active state.
• You can now also open the registration of a SWOT form so that you can see history, among other things.
• The new image field is now also printed when you print the registration.
• In the case of a number field, you can now also indicate, hide the thousand divider. As a result, you don't see “1,000” but “1000”.
• The results tab now shows up to 100 characters of a text field.

• We can now also search through the text of the latest published versions in steps.
• We can now also search through meta-properties again

• If you made an @ link from “step A” to “step B” and later change the title from “step B” to “step C”, the @ link was still visible as “Step B”. This is now automatically updated to “Step C” using an automatic process that runs overnight.
• Now, when you view a step as a viewer, you can also see who signed the step.
• You can now also add more help texts to a step.
• If a step is a chapter and therefore not fillable, you now see the sub-steps as tiles below.

• The task overview in the task page has been improved in terms of UX. The subject is immediately visible and bold, the spaces of the columns make more sense, you can now click on the entire line to see the details, the order of the columns is more logical and a series of improvements.
• Deactivated forms no longer appear in the tasks page.
• The graphs do not show users who have no tasks.

• You can now delete and re-create an archived user with the same email address. It is not possible to recover a deleted user.
• It is now possible to change your email address.
• If a user has an expiration date, this is now immediately visible
• When you reactivate a user, the expiration date is automatically emptied.

With the latest update, you can now translate forms directly into one of the 15 available languages. This process creates a copy of the original form while maintaining a reference to the original. Each translated version stores the language in which it was written. This allows you to easily manage forms in different languages and bundle them for future use.

• In the background, we use Keycloak to authenticate users. And due to the rapid growth in customers and users, this was up against its limits. That is why we created the entire back-end multi-keycloak, so that we have now been able to set up a second Keycloak cluster. We will soon communicate with some of our customers when we transfer them to the new cluster. This is because this ensures that each cluster is less busy, so that all actions related to users such as logging in, logging out, inviting, etc., go faster.

• The “required” field for a form has been phased out because it was useless and only caused confusion.
• The tour now also includes a possibility to send the app link to your mobile by SMS.
• The registration popup has been improved in terms of UX. This makes it look a lot calmer and allows you to do the things that are important more quickly.
• If you only have one dashboard, the “Dashboards” button in the menu no longer has sub dashboard buttons, but leads you directly to the dashboard.
• The new form editor now also includes percentage, currency, and read text fields. The fillable fields are now also separated from the non-fillable fields.
• Form results are now sorted by default with the latest registration at the top.
• Adding and modifying user popups have been improved in terms of UX
• The notifications have been improved in terms of UX. System-generated notifications are now also displayed as such.
