User Day 2025 — ISO2HANDLE x Apenheul

The day of start to finish

09:00

We welcome you to the foyer of De St @art. From there, we walk together to the Kambizuri Lodges, where coffee, tea and something sweet are ready. A relaxing start to an inspiring day.

10:00

The morning starts with a plenary session at the Kambizuri Lodges, about quality management, AI, the RI&E and an interactive workshop. Around 10:30 there is a coffee break with tea, fruit water, monkey cake and fresh hand fruit.

12:00

Enjoy the Lion Arms Lunch with luxurious sandwiches, a hot snack and organic fruit juice. Afterwards, you will set out with a guide for a tour of Apenheul, full of extraordinary stories about the monkeys and their environment.

End of the morning program

13:00

In the Kambizuri Lodges, we will receive the second group and the plenary afternoon session will start. Presentations about the future of quality management, AI, the RI&E and we will hold an interactive workshop together.

15:30

After the session, you'll join a guide for a tour of Apenheul. Along the way, you'll hear extraordinary stories about the park and the monkeys. The guide will then take you back to the Kambizuri Lodges.

18:00

After an inspiring day, it's time to toast at the Kambizuri Lodges. You're enjoying a glass of bubbly. This is followed by an extensive BBQ buffet. There is plenty of room to speak to each other, exchange experiences and get plenty of inspiration.
